班主任工作计划

今年我担任九年级(3)班班主任,本班共有学生48名,女生12名。我针对该班的具体情况作一个简单的计划:

一、班级现状分析

该班有大部分学生成绩较差,学习积极性不高,学习效率低,后劲不足。针对班级现状,九年级班级文化建设需要营造一个乐学、乐问、乐思、乐做的氛围。班级学风是每位同学能主动发展,做到“无为而无不为”。教室里的每面墙都能说话,不断的补充更新。

二、本学期班级目标:

(一)目标:

1、加大班级管理力度,树立良好班风学风,增强班级凝聚力,提高学生竞争力。

2、每个学生都有明确的目标计划,并且有信心、有毅力、有干劲去实现理想。

3、做好培优补差工作,做好中等生的提高工作。

(二)工作重点:

1.加强班级管理,紧抓学生行为规范。2.定目标,树典型,营造良好的学习环境。3.大力做好培优补差工作,加强学生心理辅导。4.及时解决班级存在的主要问题,让学生及时充电。

三、工作要点

(一)、学会放手,相信学生,相信班干部

1、结合班级所存在问题,让学生讨论班级管理办法,并形成书面文字

2、放手让班干部管理班级。以鼓励为主,逐渐建立班干部信心,并不断地树立班干部的威信;

3、采用值日班长负责制,由值日班长总结班级当日表现,并写出至少一个同学的一至两个优点。

(二)、以激励为主,通过赏识从而增强学生的责任感,进而促进学习的积极性和主动性。

1、及时发现学生在日常行为规范中的进步并加以鼓励,通过不断的肯定促进学生形成良好习惯。

2、从学习生活的各个细节入手,肯定学生的每一个点滴进步,从而提高学生学习的主动性。例如:从作业方面发现学生的进步;从课堂的表现发现学生的进步; 从背诵默写方面发现学生的进步;通过家校联系发现学生的进步;通过其他科任老师的评价发现学生的进步;

通过每次考试发现学生的进步。

(三)、引导学生树立班级共同目标,激发学生潜力,营造良好的班级氛围。

结合学生个体的实际情况,引导学生在班级共同目标的基础上,树立自己的短期目标、中期目标和远期目标。

(四)、多沟通、多交流,了解学生的想法,真正地为学生解决面临的问题。

1、尽可能地利用课余时间,多接触学生,主动了解学生的生活;

2、认真总结分析每一次考试成绩,发现每一个学生的进步和不足,更有针对性地为学生提供力所能及的帮助;

3、多主动与学生家长联系,以求更好地了解学生的思想动态;

4、学会倾听,平等地对待学生,既以长者的身份,也以朋友的身份与学生交流。

(五)、多点耐心、多点爱心、多点恒心

1、引导学生制定班级公约,以身作则,始终坚持班级公约的规定;

2、要始终满怀热情地对待每个学生,不鄙视,不歧视,不放弃,不抛弃;

3、从细节入手,关心呵护每个学生,发现每个学生身上的闪光点,积极鼓励学生,引导 学生朝更好的方向发展。

四、具体工作内容、措施

(一)班主任是班级安全工作第一责任人,对本班学生安全、班级教育教学安全、教室内的设施设备安全负责。我将尽力做好以下10个方面:

1.及时传达学校和上级有关安全的文件精神,经常督促指导学生共同认真做好班级安全管理工作,发挥班级干部的作用,建立班级安全制度。

2.对学生进行防盗、防火、防食物中毒、防煤气中毒、防传染病、防溺水、防交通事故、防甲型流感、防汛、防震等多方面的教育,增强学生的安全意识,提高学生自身保护能力,做到安全教育的经常、及时和有针对性。

3.每天做好本班学生的晨读,统计学生出勤情况,及时了解未来校上课学生的情况,; 一旦发现学生身体不适,及时家长联系;

4.每天做好教室的开窗通风和清洁工作。对本班教室内各类设施的安全状况及时、定期进行检查,如存在安全隐患,及时处理或上报学校有关部门,并提醒学生注意。加强班级财 产安全管理,防盗窃、防破坏。督促学生做好关灯、关门、断电工作。

5.认真负责地组织学生参加各类校内外班级活动,做好活动前的专项教育,对可能出现的意外情况做好防范措施,保证活动中的学生不因违纪、操作失误、管理不到位等原因而发生安全事故,在组织学生参加全校性等集会时必须带队,并按规定进场。缓步上下楼,注意

安全。

6.关心爱护每一位学生,对已知的有特异体质、特定疾病或者异常心理状况的学生,给

予适当关注和照顾,并与相关学科教师联系,切实维护学生的合法权利和身心健康。

7.积极调解和减少学生间、师生间、家校间的各类纠纷,防止矛盾激化,杜绝校园暴力,避免意外伤害的发生。

8.班级学生在校内发生各类安全事故或伤害事故,我将及时送到附近医院就诊,并上报

学校,同时与家长联系,必要时应进行家访,了解或说明情况,做好后续工作。

9.指导家长做好学生的安全教育工作,发现学生行为具有危险性的,应当及时告诫、制

止,并与学生家长沟通,发动家长共同做好学生安全教育工作。

10.对重大突发事件,立即启动相关突发事件应急预案。一切操作程序按照学校应急预案

操作流程实施。学生因事外出的,由班主任出具请假条.(二)继续加强行为规范教育以帮助学生“学会做人、学会主存”为方向,以培养学生 善良、文明、守纪、自律、自主、友爱、理想为目标,以日常行为规范养成为抓手,以校园文化建设为载体。通过“五爱”“五心”“四会”“四个面向”’“六个文明”“中学生行为规范”“文明礼仪”等系列教育。

(1)以中学生行为规范要求每位学生,加强洵阳道德规范宣传教育,努力做到“爱校守法,明理诚信、友善团结,勤俭自强,敬业奉献”。重点是六个文明、一日常规、一行为规范

养成教育,创设良好班风,树学风、校风。

(2)认真学习宣传环境整治。使学生树立“爱护环境,从我做起”的思想。

(3)由于我班部份学生的行为规范较差,在行为规范教育中前五周重点抓文明休息、文

明交往,并同时对文明上课的二分钟预备铃进行检查。

(4)从小事做起、从自我教育做起,大家行动,树立良好班风。好人好事坚持天天记。

经过两年的不懈努力,我班学生在学习习惯的养成、学习方法的积累上已经取得一些成绩,但面对初三繁重的学习,目前多数同学可能还不能很好的适应。如不能合理安排时间,学习效率一定会很低。

所以本期内还要加强学生学习习惯的培养。期望他们收获与付出成正比。

总之,通过取长补短,一方面沿用以前有效的班级管理方法,另一方面,在这个过程中 不断的改进创新,以求达到更好的效果。

从本学期开始,我担任九年级3班的班主任,因为重新分了班级,对这个班的大部分学生了解较少。特别是到了初中最为关键的一年,我深感责任重大,希望通过自己和其余任课老师的共同努力能够尽快使班级各项工作步入正轨,取得一个圆满的结果,为学生明年的中考铺平道路。结合本班实际,特制订本学期班主任工作计划如下:

一、情况分析:

这个班级基本情况:本学期全班共 53人,其中女生有25 人,班委11人,科代表14人。班级学生行为习惯方面:绝大部分部分学生基本能按照一日行为规范来做,但一小部分男生在这方面做得还不够,自觉性还有待提高,经常需要老师提醒。班级学生的学习情况:少部分同学较聪明,思维活跃,作业能认真完成,有一定的互相竞争意识。很大一部分学生学习兴趣一般,没有很好的学习习惯,成绩不理想。学生学习、工作能力参差不齐,学生的个性比较突出,表现出来的优缺点同样鲜明:在班级内部他们显得比较松散,责任心不强,一部分学生学习基础薄弱,长期因为成绩靠后造成信心不足,对某些学科的学习缺少主观能动性。而那些学习好一点的学生在课内表现过于沉默,不利于班级气氛的培养。另一个棘手的问题是个别学生个性比较偏激,在挫折面前情绪容易失控。

二、具体措施

针对这些特点我想本学期的教育教学工作应该在增强学生责任感、强化课堂纪律、提高学生学习自信心、抓好两头的分层教学等方面多下工夫。

1.创设一个良好的班级文化氛围:

通过对教室环境的重新布置,为班里创设一个和谐进取的文化氛围。要求学生能早来早学,入室即静。晚自修提前30分到校读书。当然不能因为是初三就游离于学校的活动之外,可以充分利用校会及学校搭设的各项活动平台积极参与,提高能力,培养学生的集体意识。

2.建立一支有能力有责任心的干部队伍:

民主评选加上学生自荐对班干部做出必要调整,明确具体的职能范围,各项工作落实到人,强化责任意识,事后要有监督和学生评议。平时日常常规管理工作突出值日干部的作用。值日干部、小组长互相监督,这样既增强了干部的责任心又提高了每位学生工作能力。

3.强化课堂学习纪律:

包括课前两分钟预备,课堂听课纪律的掌控,通过值日干部的纪录,任课教师的反馈,及时了解学生的课堂学习情况。尤其注意改变一些同学某些课内的“大嘴”现象,逐步形成有序的讨论和发言习惯,在分组排位时注意学习能力强的和能力差的合理分配,从而提高学习效率,并使每个人都能参与到学习中去。每个月后对有进步的学生给予适当奖励。

4.加强学生每日行规教育:

没有良好的个人行为规范,就谈不上把他们捏合成一个整体,班集体的建设也无从谈起,我应该结合学校的规章制度利用各种机会进行强化要求,注意每个细节的明确,如值日要求;着装要求;课间休息要求;做操要求;用餐要求等,不能因为学习的紧张就忽略了行为规范的培养

5.抓好学习常规的培养,加强检查:

除前面所说的课堂纪律外还应抓学习常规的培养,每天的上课都先由课代表组织读书,让学生进入上课氛围。加强早晚读的巡视检查,及课后作业的完成要求工整规范、不抄袭、错误及时订正、准备一本错题集、课堂内有针对性的记些笔记、每个学习单元之后根据老师的要求进行整理等,老师加强检查,严格要求。只要教师注意了培养学生良好的学习习惯,成绩的提高自然是水到渠成。

6.因材施教,与各科任老师联系构建学习的平台:

根据每个学生的实际学习水平,两极差异巨大的现状,提出不同的要求和学习指导意见,在具体的教学中尽量做到分层,提高学生的学习积极性,可以将学习程度相近的学生组织起

来,教师利用课后补差补缺或优化提高,这样对不同层次的学生都能调动他们的主观能动性。

7.家校联系,取得支持,与家长联手给孩子一个美好的明天

对重点学生、特别是对“临界”生应保持经常性的家校联系;定期召开家长会,充分发挥

家庭教育这个重要力量,做好学生思想工作。我们的教学能够得到家长的配合支持是非常重

要的,通过家长会、家访、电话询问等方式与家长联系,取得家长的支持能使我们的毕业班

工作顺利开展,可以在和家长的沟通中了解学生的不少情况,共同找出一些症结和解决问题的良方,如厌学、性格偏激等都可以借助家长的共同参与使之得到有效的控制或根治。

8.谈心交流,提高信心

不仅是对于后进生,而是对于班里每个层面的学生都应不定期地找来谈话交流,及时了解

他们的心里想法,努力和他们交朋友走进学生的内心,一方面为他们减轻心理负担,一方面

提高学生的学习信心,明确自己的学习目标和努力方向。

9.完善评价,鼓励为主

根据学生的表现经常要给予适当的评价,逐步完善评价机制。可以是多元的,有老师的评

价,同学间的评价,自己的评价,及时通过评价发现问题,调整方向,根据学生的实际情况

为每个学生制定合适的目标。当然,在评价中老师要有明确的标杆,以鼓励为主,不要吝啬

表扬,特别要注意发掘后进生身上的散光点。

10.开好主题班会,完善学生人格

利用每周的主题班会时间,做好安全教育—认识生命的重要,尊重生命。如防电,防雷,防溺水,防交通,防抢,防高空坠物等。配合学校做好各项安全演练及加强各项法制教育-理想教育-----确定学习的具体目标,人生的大目标。

态度教育-----敢于吃苦,敢于拼搏(通过学习我校往届毕业生的优秀事例,激发学生的学习的主动性与积极性)。

典型教育-----向好学生学习,向第一看齐

信心教育-----相信自己一定能行,为自己的人生作最后的拼搏

11加强体能训练,增强身体、心理素质双重培养

每天课间操后师生一起跑步、跳远、聊天,使学生在紧张的学习间隙有一个放松的平台。

12、建立一个得力的班委会,让学生自己管理自己。班委会成员要做好违纪记录、作业缺交

记录、后进生成长记录、劳动情况记录等。

13、要在班上推行“阳光工程”,拿出实际行动来关爱后进生,要树立他们学习的自信心维护他们的自尊心。争取他们每天都有进步,并派班委帮助他们,发现他们的闪光点,有进

一、情况分析

本学期新接了九年级(4)班的班主任工作,根据从原班主任和任课教师那儿了解的情况,作以下分析:班级现有学生51人,女生22人,男生29人。部分学生平时较为散漫,课上都有无组织、无纪律的现象,没有良好的学习风气,学习习惯较差,有时甚至出现逃课现象。班级的学习状况处于年级的末位。在新学年中要不断努力,争取不断前进,树立良好的班风。依据学校德育实施计划,坚持以“自主与责任”为主题,加强行为规范教育,深化爱国主义教育,做好德育工作的渗透和迁移。

(三)、从抓班干部培养入手,扭转班风、学风。

班级干部是学生的骨干,班级干部的素质直接影响班风的形成,培养班级干部的凝聚力是关键。我发现本班班干部都喜欢捂着藏着,全班学生目前为止还没能找到一个行事果敢,作风泼辣,勇于为班级出力做事的领头人,包括课堂上也一样,学生明明会做题,却就是不举手,让老师在课堂上唱独角戏的场景屡见不鲜,沉默已经成为了他们的习惯。后来我就跟班委开会,制定整改方

案,社会需要个性张扬的人才,而不是羞答答的躲在后面的胆小鬼!

(四)、解决学生与课任老师的矛盾,疏通各种关系。如学生对教过他们的某些学科老师的授课有意见,导致学科偏科现象很严重。此次更换了很多新老师,我在班级里介绍了这些老师的学识与风格,分析老师的特点,学生情感上接受了,将来与老师也会配合默契。学生的学习积极性提高了,学风自然也会转变了。

(五)、正确疏导中学生与异性交往,教会学生应该与异性沟通的方法。注重行为要合乎社会准则。

二:智育方面:

纵观上学期期末的各科成绩,本班学生在学习上底子总体较薄弱,有尖子生,后进生不少,这是一个令人担忧的局面。

我认为只有增强他们九年级的毕业意识,让他们有目的,有计划的学习。全面发展,避免偏科。同时有针对性的培养尖子生,帮助后进生进步。

九年级(18)班是一个重新组合的新班集体。通过近一周的班级建设,班级整体发展平稳,各项常规工作井然有序,活动开展多样,富有成效。班干部团结一致,做到了“在其位,司其职”。同时,班级各成员都积极配合工作,形成了一股强劲的凝聚力,使得本班拥有积极向上的精神面貌、令人满意的学习态度和效率,各项工作都能顺利进行。我们确定的班级学风:“自信、诚信、苦学、乐学”。在班训“班级光荣我光荣,班级争光我争先”的激励与鼓动下,营造了我班良好的学习氛围。

As a dad, Ive had quite a few wonderful moments in my life. One of them appeared on a Saturday afternoon when I was taking my then 13-year-old son Justin and his friend Aron to see a movie. It was Saturday morning and I asked seven-year-old Kelley to let her daddy take her to gym class. But she didnt agree. I explained that some friends would visit our house that day and I had to clean the house.
