Looking for tips on how to start exercising after a long break? It can be hard to get back into your fitness routine after taking time off, but with some effort you can get back on track in a little while. Researches show that muscle has memory, which means your body remembers where it once was and it’s possible to get back into your best shape ever. Here are a few tips to follow to start exercising after a long break. 1. Set fitness goals One of the most important things you should do when starting exercising after a long break is to set fitness goals. It can be anything from losing a few pounds, toning up the body to taking part in an athletic event. Writing your goal down and posting it in a visible place will help you stay motivated and reach your goal. 2. Set up your workout schedule Next step is to set up your workout schedule. When you have a scheduled plan, it’s easier to stay motivated and on track with your fitness goal. Your workout schedule should be balanced with both strength training and cardio exercised. Don’t forget to do some stretching before your workout. 3. Share your fitness goals Sharing your fitness goals with your family and friends will help you reach your goals much faster. Moreover, you can work out with your friend or family member and make your workout time go by quickly. Sharing your fitness goals can also help you achieve greater success in your health. 4. Work out every day No matter how busy you are, aim to work out every day. It’s so easy to say that you have a lot of important tasks to accomplish so you don’t have time to work out today, but you have to find those 10-15 minutes to do a few exercises. Try to focus on high intensity workout, and make sure you start at a moderate level. Vary the intensity of your workouts daily. Making exercise a habit will certainly give you fantastic results. As you stick to your health and fitness plan and you reach one of your fitness goals, reward yourself with some little gifts, such as a facial, a massage, a manicure or pedicure or buy the gorgeous dress you have been wanting. Rewarding yourself will help you stay motivated toward your goals. 5. Stick to a healthy diet As you start working out after a long break, you should start making healthier food choices. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake and make sure you eat portion-controlled meals. Sticking to a healthy diet will help you work out more effectively, have more energy, and reach your fitness goals. 6. Don’t eat after 7 p.m. If your fitness goal is to lose weight, you should not eat after 7 p.m. If you go to sleep a few hours later, your body won’t be bogged down with excess calories. Plus, you will sleep better, because late night snacks can disrupt your sleep as your body has to digest them, keeping you awake. But if you are really hungry later at night, there are a few snacks you can eat right before bedtime, such as Greek yogurt with frozen berries, green smoothie, a few slices of fruit, or a handful of whole-grain crackers with hummus. So, there you have it; some of the best ways to start exercising after a long break. It’s important to exercise every day, whether you want to lose weight or nit, because it’s good for your health. Do you work out every day?

Perfect Valentine
By Jaye Lewis

When my husband and I first became friends, we had no idea of any age difference between us: he’s younger than me. I had 1)inherited great 2)genes, so at the age of 34 I was still slim and young looking. Louie was fun, with a great sense of play, and yet, unafraid to take on new challenges.
We were married at a friend’s home, with three little 3)bridesmaids breathlessly waiting to call Louie “Daddy.”—he adopted our daughters exactly two years after the day we had met. He is faithful and loving, and the best friend I have ever had.
However through the years, I thought that I had missed out on that romantic dinner by candle light, Louie dropping to one knee, holding out an 4)engagement ring and begging me to marry him.
Then began my health problems. Where my body once was slim and strong, it soon became 5)medicated and plump. I walked and walked and walked when I was well; and, yet, no amount of exercise could bring my body back to where it once was. By the time we had been married nearly fifteen years, one look in the mirror was enough to send my self-esteem 6)plummeting.
Louie was always loving and exciting, but I wondered if I was. I’d look at my 7)wedding band as it got tighter and had to be 8)resized. I mused that surely Louie
I 9)slipped a dozen cards into every 10)cubbyhole that day, watching as he could not want me that much anymore.joyously found and read them. But, there was nothing in the house for me, except a dinner later at a restaurant.
We ordered our drinks, and then the meal, and we watched the sun go down in brilliant splendor, and Louie handed me my card. It said all the wonderful things that always make me cry. Then suddenly he moved, and pushed his chair back. Swiftly, out of the bag, came a small 11)velvet pillow and a small box. I was stunned to see my husband kneel on the pillow and hold out the little box. Astonished, I backed my chair up.
“Jaye, I love you!” Louie declared, opening the box to expose a lovely diamond ring. “I know I don’t deserve it, but will you marry me?!”
“Oh 12)my!” I heard from the waitress behind me. All eyes in the room turned their attention to this 13)intensely private, shy, wonderful man. The room 14)exploded
with applause, as I sobbed, “YES!”
No one knew that we were an “old” married couple. No one knew or cared that I was an “older” woman. No one saw anything except our joy and our love. And I will always remember that day as my perfect Valentine!

What is the childhood?Childhood is some time that everyone will keep as the most valuble thing in his life. It whips up emotions whenever we think of it . All of us want to go back to childhood to enjoy it once more . Because there is something we can never get again . When it comes to childhood ,we always can’t control our emotions . There were many other interesting things in the childhoodthat we can’t get all out here . When thinking of them , we always can’t help feeling deeply moved . childhood may be different , but wethink the happy is the same .
