三十多年前的八月, 在这样一个门前, 一个九岁的懵懂男孩正无助而忧愁的蹲在这不知所措。来上班的赵成香老师把他领进了自己的班里。赵老师那年教幼儿班, 胆怯的孩子看到亲切的她, 就直接跟着她开启了幼儿班的学习之旅。那个男孩就是我。

赵老师是个爱笑的短发女子, 我跟着赵老师痴迷的写字, 描红, 写作文, 最爱看老师用红笔画在小楷本和大楷本上的圈, 尤其有的字还能被画上两个圈。于是我们班的孩子都是较着劲拼了命的练字。老师的红圈成了我练字的动力。为了写好字, 我暗暗地要求自己每天把零星时间积累起来练上两小时。我更喜欢老师画在作文本上的红色波浪线和那些用清秀字迹写出的贴心评语。为了写好一篇作文, 我能把自己的作文修改到连每一个标点符号都能记住。

学习的快乐虽然没有改变我的寡言少语, 但是却让我的内心少了忧愁, 多了向往和自信。右手中指上磨起的茧鼓起的包让我有了一种预感:自己绝对有超过别人的可能。

于是, 练字、阅读、写作成了我小学生活最痴迷的事。

又是一个八月, 我读了中学。班主任孙振凯老师是学究型老师, 他鼓励我朗读, 写作。暑假把家里的书借给我们读。初一暑假我从他家里借了一套《中国现代文学诗选》如获至宝, 整整抄了一个暑假。至今那个红红的笔记本还经常被我翻阅, 找一找教学时需要的材料。从那时起我养成了读书做笔记的习惯。

用微笑鼓励孩子, 用鼓励影响孩子, 用影响引导孩子去追求, 用敏锐的职业手段帮助孩子形成好的学习习惯, 这是我的启蒙老师们的风格与品格。

他们是我效仿的榜样!

假若, 缘是人生中一场最盛大的相遇, 赵老师、孙老师, 长大后我真的成了你.也可能是上天的眷顾, 但更多的是我的成长里有老师的关注和心血。如果我是花开, 他们就是菩提。如果我也能满树桃李, 岂非也是菩提!深受其益的我也学会用微笑、亲和去从事教学。

从教八年后的八月, 我收到了几本日记。里面的文字触疼了我的心:“为什么要放假呀?假期为什么这么长?每个周四赶集, 我都寻找着, 希望看到那个熟悉的身影。”

她寻找的那个身影就是我。这滚烫的文字是一个内向的小女孩对她的老师的真实想念。作为老师, 收到这样的表白, 幸福足矣!夫复何求?

让孩子不忘的老师, 未必需要满腹经纶, 才高八斗。而是要以自己的形象告诉孩子:因为遇到你而感到生活的美好, 人生天空因为你的出现而与众不同。我们可能没有能力直接给予孩子幸福, 创造理想。却可以指引他们追求的方向:

“愿生命中有够多的云翳, 来造成一个美丽的黄昏。”

今秋八月, 我从朱永新老师的《致教育》一书中读到了这样的话:

——用自己的榜样去帮助孩子更好地成长。

——做好的教育就是帮助人成为他自己。

——影响孩子最有效的方式, 是与他一起成长, 为他做一个榜样。为孩子做榜样, 不仅是你作为母亲需要的品质, 也是你作为教师需要的品质。

看到这些话我感到了身为人师的不能承受之重。

从教20年的我现在精力不足, 体力下降, 心力难支。又因为教育环境的改变, 职业理想打了折扣。少了初为人师的热情与笃志, 弥漫在心头更多的是职业倦怠和面对教育困扰的无奈。我也需要榜样, 需要梳理心情, 重新出发。

一次, 儿子的话给了我震动。“爸爸, 今天为什么不给我们上课?”“我去参加骨干教师培训了。”“你是骨干教师?”“你看爸爸不像吗?”儿子未置可否, 嘟囔一句“我们数学老师才像!”

是啊, 比我大比我要勤奋得多的老师不仅仅是孙老师, 还有洪老师刘老师那么多。我没有资格因为自己长了岁数就裹步不前。想想一些老教师退休了还是坚持上完一学期的课, 从没减过工作量, 我佩服他们。

比我小干活比我多的不也很多吗?看看那些年轻教师, 他们主动承担教学任务。不管再忙, 也是有求必应。帮助老教师做课件, 解决电脑问题, 总是认真亲切, 不请自来!他们的热心, 鼓励我暗下决心:一定要把多媒体技术学好, 尽量少麻烦大家。

要说累, 谁敢与学校领导相比?有的领导身兼数职, 简直成了工作狂人。他们几乎就能撑起半个学校!

我们班主任有时工作的累了就在一起发牢骚, 开玩笑:学校可以没有班主任, 学校那么多领导, 学生一看到他们就吓得溜溜的, 可以这样安排一下, 一个领导管一个年部, 所有班主任都退休, 班主任津贴都给这一个领导, 他们每个月的津贴就是工资的三分之一了!这个玩笑道出一个事实:领导累就累在大事管, 小事也得管。班主任管不了的就得他们管。

主科老师喊累, 一些小科老师也不轻松, 现在教体育的我从一个段子里就感到了自己的辛苦和重要性。一个主科老师云:这两天, 我们一有会议, 就让全校学生上体育课, 看来, 学校不用太多老师, 一个体育老师就够了!咱们也是够悲哀的, 什么课都敢要, 就是不敢要体育课, 要了, 学生都能恨死你。
