补偿性体能是指体育课堂教学中为保障学生正确掌握运动技术,体育教师有效设计出的有益于促进学生顺利地完成动作所需要的,以补充、完善和发展为目的,与动作技能和健康相关或相异的体能。补偿性体能发展有机融合于技能学习过程,对动作技能学练价值具有补偿和延伸意义,对动作技能掌握起辅助和促进作用,对学生体质健康发展具有引领和变革意义。

小学阶段三年级学生经过一二年级阶段的过渡,从一二年级的正面投掷过渡到三年级的侧向投掷,应该说技术动作有所提高,对学生投掷的角度与远度等有所了解,但是对侧向投掷的概念仍然不太理解。要进一步加强蹬地转体挥臂等的练习,采取合理的投掷角度,使学生掌握投掷的方法,投掷一定的远度。

2 研究方法

观察法、测量法、文献资料法、实验法、对比统计法等。

3 实验对象

常熟市报慈中心小学三(1)、三(2)学生102名,其中男生56名、女生46名,三(1)班为实验班,三(2)班为对照班。

4 实验内容

体育学习态度、情意表现与合作精神、健康行为水平,学生体能的测试水平、运动技能水平,观察、测量、统计、语言激励等教学手段进行干预,来研究学生补偿性体能素质练习对垒球投掷远度所产生的作用。

5 实验的具体安排

(1)运用量表问卷测试全体实验班和对照班学生的对参与补偿性体能素质练习的情意表现与合作精神、健康行为水平等。

(2)对所有实验班对照班学生测试原地侧向投掷垒球的成绩,以便于实验后对比数据。

6 研究结果

6 . 1 投掷垒球成绩分析结果

6.1.1 实验前实验班和对照班学生垒球投掷成绩处于同一水平

实验前实验班垒球投掷情况中,练习参与度是86.95%,技能掌握情况是70.25%,投掷远度均值是15.15 m,对照班练习参与度是86.75%,技能掌握情况是70.35%,投掷远度均值是15.15 m,因此实验前,学校选取的实验班和对照班学生在垒球投掷上是处于同一水平,完全符合实验条件。

6.1.2 实验后实验班和对照班学生垒球投掷成绩比较结果

分析结果显示,实验班学生实验后较实验前有明显提高,检验结果显示有显著性差异(详见表2),实验班无论是同练习参与度,技能掌握情况和投掷远度都远远超于对照班。特别是投掷远度均值实验班从原来的15.15 m上升到19.6 m,提高了39.4个百分点,实验班和对照班投掷远度均值对比,超出对照班39.0个百分点,说明实验对实验班学生的投掷垒球的成绩有促进作用。

6 . 2 在投掷教学中对实验班所采用的手段分析结果

教师在投掷教学中,针对学生在投掷中出现的问题,设置补偿点,通过一系列的补偿,让学生掌握投掷的技能。根据统计(见表3),通过补偿性体能素质练习,学生的掌握力基本全在90%以上,手臂力量问题通过补偿不能短期见效,但是也是有所提高。

6 . 3 在投掷教学中体育学习自评量表分析结果

通过学生在实验前和实验后的体育学习自评量表,可以看出实验班学生在体育学习态度和健康行为有明显的偏差,学生的学习态度较好,喜欢参与补偿性体能素质的练习,合作精神也大幅度进步,健康行为达98.9%。

6 . 4 实施投掷课中实施补偿性体能素质练习的注意事项

6.4.1 不能一应俱全

身体素质分速度、力量、灵敏、耐力、柔韧、协调等等。每堂课不可能把每种素质都练习到,必须设计出对课堂有利的,能促进技能的掌握的补偿性体能素质,应该是补偿性体能素质与技术教学有机结合,融为一体,真正实现技术、技能和体能的同步发展。

6.4.2 不能主次不分

我们的体育课堂不能为了体能的补偿而补偿,体育课的主要任务不能丢,不能把体育课上成缺啥补啥的素质练习课,应该让学生掌握基础知识,基本技术和基本技能,形成终身锻炼的体育意识和习惯。

6.4.3 不能过度补偿

反对过度的体能补偿,补偿要讲究针对性,体能补偿的目的是在常态下实现的,教学设计中可以体现出来,并不是一味的乱补。

学生在课上进行“补偿性”体能素质的练习,学生知道:为什么要练、练什么、怎么练的问题。动作技能是体能素质的综合运用与整体表现,掌握不了或者运用得不熟练就得“补”。这种补偿没有安排模式中的“任务”感,没有了强迫性,学生都愿意参与,通过在课中进行补偿性体能素质练习,学生在课上,积极进行补偿性体能素质练习的练习,学生的运动能力明显变强了。

6.5.3 让学生获得成功体验

原来,“补偿性体能素质练习的研究”让学生体验到乐趣。原来在课上,学生原来很难学会全部动作,很难体验到成功。练习,补偿、补多少,怎么补,让学生一目了然、具体客观。通过练习,体能素质必然就达到了某种高度,“成功”的体验必然就产生了。

7 结论与建议

7.1 结论

综上所述,在小学投掷课中,科学的设计补偿性体能素质练习内容,构建既促进投掷技能教学,又有益于学生体能素质发展的高效课堂。把偿性体能方式把传统意义上所谓的素质练习的内容与方法科学组合,贯穿于现代体育教学课堂的全过程,结合课堂结构的各个部分,实现运动技能学习内容与补偿性体能素质的有机融合,为终身体育观的形成打下良好的基础。

7.2 建议

(1)根据课堂学生的学习练习的情况,老师课后及时总结,并根据课堂出现的问题和学生的反馈及时的进行调整和修改。(运用的时机是否恰当、量偏大或小、对技术学习的辅助和促进作用是否达到。)

(2)补偿性体能素质项目的布置可与运动处方结合起来,进行针对性的练习与锻炼,以提高学生的身体素质。

(3)补偿性体能素质运用到课堂的最终的目的是为了服务、帮助学生掌握,提高学生的技术技能水平。老师要科学灵活运用补偿性体能素质,不死板,不硬套。
