安全科工作职责

一、在主管安全经理的领导下，做好公司各项安全管理工作。

二、宣传贯彻各级政府和交通运政等行业管理部门有关安全生产的方针、政策和法律、法规，把安全工作纳入法制管理的轨道。

三、制定公司的各种安全管理制度和安全管理责任目标并逐级分解，并督促各项安全服务管理制度的具体落实。

四、负责公司的安全宣传、安全培训、安全学习，贯彻公司安全例会制度，并组织开展各项安全培训、安全讲座、安全活动，提高公司安全管理人员和从业人员的的安全素质和技术水平。

五、负责公司各项安全档案管理，确保规范、完善。做好上级部门安全文件的上传下达。

六、开展安全监督检查，定期组织检查公司车辆的安全技术状况，安全防护设备设施完备情况，排查隐患进行整改。

七、组织实施公司安全规划，制定安全工作计划、目标、任务和措施并组织实施。

八、做好从业人员台帐、档案管理。

九、负责公司GPS监控系统的管理，与服务商结合，确保有效监控。做好日常监控记录。

十、积极做好事故处理，对较大事故和典型事故要及时分析原因，整改隐患。做好事故统计报告。

十一、负责车辆违规处理，建立台帐，对违章驾驶员进行批评、责令检查、罚款等处理教育。

十二、坚持安全值班制度。负责及时向上级有关部门抄送安全报表和资料。
